Leadership works for training dogs too

I think it's more about leadership & respect than dominance, but these concepts definitely overlap. I feel much more comfortable being the leader than I do being the boss. ??I realized that subtle difference is also what distinguishes good managers from bad ones.

We all prefer to be led, rather than being pushed. ??Pushing is easy – it only requires power and threat, which is always implicit in a power imbalance. ??Leading is much more difficult because it requires the cooperation of both parties. but I think it accomplishes much more.
